Established in 2020

After a decade as head trainer of a local private studio, Lisa decided to utilize her talent and open her own personal training studio. Building on her expertise, Lisa has formed a new team of exercise professionals to help clients achieve their fitness ambitions.​

Our Goal

The most important thing we want for you, the client, is to feel better about exercising. We at PPT understand not everyone loves exercise, but we want you to like it more than when you began. We also want you to build a consistent exercise routine, the details of which are determined privately between you and your trainer.

Lisa Hilinski, MS, CSCS, PRCS
Owner, Premier Personal Training

Acquiring her Master's Degree in Exercise Science in 2010 following a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Lisa has been training various clients for over 10 years, ranging from general fitness to collegiate athletes.

In her repertoire of training is a combination of biomechanics and post rehabilitation, giving her clients the perfect blend of fitness and injury prevention/attention.

Using mostly conventional strength training, Lisa combines various exercises and equipment that will help the specific client's needs while developing programs to help achieve the client's goals.
